    This company does not give two cents about their drivers, especially new BCOs. You are just a warm body making them money. Their technology sucks, their load board sucks, their customer service sucks, their management sucks. What they really want is people who will not call them out on their performance or their brokers performance. Too many brokers lie, try to reduce the fees after you agreed to load, and try to cheat you. This company's leadership does not care about how their staff responds to their BCOs.

    I have heard over the recent years, from guys on the inside, that broker qualifications have been getting lower and lower.

    LS had one of the best O/O programs out

    Some people have what it takes...others don’t. That doesn’t mean you have to bash Landstar cause you couldn’t hack it. You are 100% in control of your success or failure here. No one else to blame, not corporate, not one of the agents. You! Go lease on with Schneider or somewhere else where they can hold your hand and give you a safe space.
