Finding a good dispatcher

I know in european companies dispatchers getting nice bonuses for falsifying lower rates for the owner operators they are loading ... Regular practice in Chicagoland , nyc , la , miami , Seattle , Portland ....

 

...but they never advertise , they are too busy and many times you have to wait to be brought aboard

 

I just refuse loads I don't like..what are they gonna do?.
Fire me?

 

And rrefuse aload and they say I haven't anything for,o say 3 days now

 

i'm a dispatcher / manage a company , i h van't have issues with drivers , you dont want a load , is fine will go to the next one , you go over the details with the driver , that's it move on if he doesn't want the load

 

Paper log books helped the real bad dispatchers out the door. Now we have Eld and now that the driver cant work harder to make up for the incompetent dispatchers we once had it's being sorted out. Drivers had complained that they are not dumb but now that the college educated dispatchers are here they dont want to work with them?

 

keep searching for loads , i'll try not to leave them , if they stay is their fault , i try to do my best
