commission based recruiting...god, what a PITA.

    I am SO sick of having to deal with recruiters who are obviously paid on comission. For example, im supposed to go to orientation with covenant this weekend (and do NOT try to talk me out of it). I was supposed to call my recruiter back this morning to get all set up. I havent gotten through. But...If i just called their recruiting number, i'd get an answer. But nooo, it's not good enough. its not MY recruiter. And if these people werent being paid comission, it wouldnt be such a pain in the ###. i hate this industry so much, but i have trucking in my blood. :(
