Hold on, why do you guys keep talking about jakes? Aren't they supposed to be turned off on the slippery pavement?

Normal response is to slow down when you see a wreck. When you hit super slippery ice it is hard to let off brakes when you feel a loss of control. Best thing to do is park it when you hear of jackknifed trucks and go very slow to do so. I tap my brakes lightly when no traffic around to check for slickness at a slow speed.

    not4hire and Lepton1 Thank this.

Friend of mine that works at Crete says this driver will most likely lose there job. So @Chinatown be ready for a driver wanting a job.

I jack knifed into a wrecked truck, after driving to fast for conditions. Will anyone hire me?
