Their upgrade web site is up now here: http://www.pcmnav.com/
I've been playing with the new maps since Friday and they seem to be pretty extensive. They also fixed the issue in Illinois where it shows pretty much every road as being restriced and they added a ton of new and updated POI's.

So, update is available now, and if I get a PCM430 today, its free...right?
-
If you bought your PCM430 after June/15/2009, cost of the upgrade is $15. They will send you a SD card with new maps
-
Correct. The units in stock now all have the new software. I can NOT speak to what other dealers or the truck stops have in them. (old or new) Plus, as you stated, anyone that purchased after June 15th just has to pay the $15 to get a new card shipped.

Any of you guys have this update file? I've registered on the site, but not gotten any notification back.
-
You are not going to get any notification. Click "Application" and then click the large blue button that says "Click here to download the application update."
