Sounds like you think that a company should be obligated to hire you. If you think that JCT turned you down because they want your information to sell it then that is such nonsense in my opinion. The requirements were pretty straightforward. 12 months OTR. Any company that states that wants recent experience. Expecially Jct cuz we're not a training company. From your posts it does not state you have any current OTR experience. With the down economy the hiring of new drivers will be slow. Most are laying off drivers. Wish you the best of luck on finding a job.

My intention is not to be rude, and I don't want to upset you, however, this is a JCT thread. You have stated your dislike with the company and their decision not to hire you, and if you have nothing else regarding JCT please refrain from your long post about your personal problems. Again, I'm not trying to upset you and I hope you find a job to your liking, but this is a JCT thread!

Like others have said, regardlss of what JCT puts on their website, if you meet the requirements they are not obligated to hire you. They are not obligated to hire anybody. If they didn't want you, they didn't want you. It's a company's market, not a driver's market right now. They can pick and choose. Do you go to all of your employers with the attitude that since you meet their minimum requirements for employment they have to give you a job?
