Something very bad is gonna happen to one of these pukes when some other 6'4" 200 lb O/O gets pizzed off enough.

It won't be me as I am getting out very soon.

But you had better bet that you will grab your morning paper one day and read about one of them getting their ### kicked very very badly.

You talkin' about those Kids over a Total Quality Logistics? lol,

Don't blame them- You can blame your fellow carriers and owner-ops for being huge Brown-Nosers and Accepting and putting up with TQL's Antics.

    Anything just to get freight-

The Biggest Panzies in this Industry are your Fellow Carriers- Big or Small- They Accept Anything From Ridiculous Laws to Subpar freight rates....Every day.

It has never been about rate for me...as I quote the rate and that is that. But chasing a TQL punk ### clueless kid for TONU is what got me. The little crap just needs to do what he says when he says it. I should not have to remind anyone or argue about why......just do it. I can not possibly care less if it comes, "out of your pocket". Matter of fact don't even say those F9&*(^%*& words to me....I have zero mercy for you. Go buy a truck and see what hard work and pockets really look like!

Yep- Hey.......Guys wanted "Free Markets" To do what they want- Well,Here ya go, No Representation of any kind to the owner-op. Your all by yourself trying to get TONU or other accessorials paid.

    Who' stopping them? Nobody.

Just like Unreasonable Laws written to benefit everyone but the carrier?

Unreasonable inpections in rest areas to generate OOS orders and Big Money citations

I been in this game a long time- Nobody represents you,Naturally.

The brokers will continue to do these kind of tactics until someone stands in their way and wont allow it.

Honestly I have had very few problems from brokers but the bad ones leave the biggest and most long lasting impressions. Some stand out even MORE than others in that small batch though.

Although I did get my TONU this morning...this kid pizzed me off.

Once my insurance is up in May I am out for a while. And because I really don't care at this point I have blocked TQL's number (not the first time I have done that)....just don't want the headaches on my way out.

If and when I do come back everyone will get a clean slate again.

Well, for what it's worth, I'm sorry that you got strung along on the TONU. That's irritating. That's one thing I never screw with. I've eaten a few accesorial charges to ensure you guys are taken care of- and that's one thing that's a deal breaker for me as a broker. If a customer screws up and it winds up costing me money and you guys time, trouble, and effort, I'm either going to get it back on the next one, or stop doing business all together.

Anyway, friends don't let friends TQL.

TQL is entry level broker, meaning if your new to the game you use them, but after a year if you are still with them then you have issues.

Also TQL doesn’t give you a permanent broker like coyote, but then again you could still find a gem there that will always call you but that’s nearly impossible today.

And yes coyote is entry level as well.

Just saying coyote at least gives you a permanent broker.

TQL never paid me TONU... last time I drove 135 empty miles to get the load. When I got to shipper the load was taken by another carrier. Called in few times for TONU. Was not paid ... Since that day I stay away from them...they call me every Friday asking if I have an empty truck around LA. I said no , no, no.

President Trump signed phase 1 of that new trade deal. I'm thinking pendulum maybe swing back to carriers now for awhile.

See that's mistake number 1, when you come back remember TQL is garbage and don't do buisness with them then either. I don't see TQL very much in the hopper industry but when I do they're the cheapest SOBs around.
