OK here is the problem with this ad for the newbies:

    1. What do they mean "relatively clean MVR? That could mean anything.

    2. Well if you are new they want 2 years verifiable OTR experience.

Hell I have been a driver for over 30 years, can back into any spot possible, know how to find impossible addresses on a map, but I don't have 2 years verifiable OTR either.

Guess they just lost out on a good driver, had I been looking for a job.

    3. "UP TO" .95 cent base rate?

Hell that's just trick wording. You wont get close to .95 because they have been running this ad for months which means high turnover rate of drivers.

    4. Lots of miles to run? Whats that mean these days? 1500 a week? 900 a week? It sure wont be 3000 a week.

    5. Maintain a log book? What the hell did they think you were doing when you were out driving on 2 years of verifiable OTR experience?

    5. Heres the kicker: Its a lease purchase plan, not a company job, so you get to be a business owner or as we call them an O/O but you are stuck with these chumps.

Even at .95 CPM you ain't gonna keep that truck for long with the miles that they have.

    6. Just another pack of lies from a jippo OTR company that's too cheap to run an ad in the newspaper.

Exactly right Ranger, but they are enjoying the fruits of others labor and will most likely continue to prosper.

"The ability to maintain a legal log book". Sounds like they want someone who has passed the creative logging course. Nothing was said about running legal. Just an observation from someone who is very cynical.

More loopholes in that add than in a piece of dropped string. Momma said "if it sounds too good to be true ..."

Johnny99 may be cynical but he ain't alone.

    He ain't wrong either.
