2020 cascadia high resistance

I have a 2020 cascadia in the shop right now. No codes. Multiple issues including radio static when zonar tablet is turned on. I found high resistance (30 ohms) between the vpdm ground cable and the negative battery cable but it only happens when the cables are connected to the frame mounted stud behind the battery box. Ive cleaned all the negative terminals including the MGJB. Ive disconnected all of the other negative cables from the engine, frame, and parksmart batteries. Has anyone seen this issue on these new trucks.
