Hey guys not quite sure if this is the correct forum, but I can use your expertise if possible. I have the following codes and I cannot seem to find the right information so I came here.
1) Chs 71 spn 524049 fail 31
2) cab 33 spn 524049 fail 31
3) eng 0 59.6 fail 13
4) eng 0 60.2 fail 13
5) eng 0 60.0 fail 13
6) eng 0 97.3 fail 13
My symptoms that I'm experiencing, truck shuts off and on like crazy. I don't have any lights at all. So I'm thinking something electrical? Once again, wasn't sure where to go so I decided to choose this forum. I hope to hear from someone soon. Thanks!

Sorry. The engine codes you listed from your dash display make no sense to me.
spsauerland Thanks this. -
2) cab 33 spn 524049 fail 31
3) eng 0 spn 59.6 fail 13
4) eng 0 spn 60.2 fail 13
5) eng 0 spn 60.0 fail 13
6) eng 0 spn 97.3 fail 13
I'm sorry for the typo. -
But I can say that first code looks like an error in your SAM cab. Which makes it a freightiner code that i don’t have access to. There’s a pretty good change if you fix it the rest of the codes will disappear or register correctly on your dash. -
For the 1st 2 codes, truck's sam chassis and sam cab lost communication with msf.
Try check and clean fuse 4 (15A, msf bat) on the sam cab under the glovebox. -
As for 3-6, i have no idea too. Though Fail 13 (fmi) meant out of calibration.
Did you went thru big rain/storm? Any water get into cab?
Did your trucks inst panel lights and exterior light flashes when truck running?
Check the battery disconnect switch and also the Powernet Distribution Box (PNDB). -
I have just the same codes right now in a dd15 2012 cascadia.
What did you do to solve this problems ?
Did you replaced the SAM Chassis or what was your solution for this codes?
Thank you buddy !
