ir·re·gard·less [ ìrri grdləss ] adverb# Definition: # ( nonstandard ) Same as# regardless[Early 20th century. Probably blend of irrespective + regardless] Word Usage Since the prefix ir- means "not" (as it does in irrespective), and the suffix -less means "without," irregardless is a double negative and is regarded as nonstandard. As such, it is to be avoided, in favor of irrespective or regardless.

For gods sake! Please stop using big words if you don't know how to.

LP, can we please stay on topic!?! We all know why they didn't hire you. Its painfully obvious to us all at this point. In fact I filled out my application today because they DIDN'T hire you!

I hate when people use irregardless. It grates my nerves. Use proper grammar. REGARDLESS of what you find on the internet, the last time I looked in the dictionary it wasn't a word. Like you said, it's a double negative and non-standard.

Thanks to my new friend I'll be there in 2 weeks. lol

I got passed by a JCT last night and I told him I was joining the team in a few weeks, he said "that was the best choice you've ever made. "

Haha I sure hope so. I'm excited and ready. Especially after the last few days that I've had.

JCT said they would hire me in 3 months...I needed to get 1 year 'space' between me and a small preventable.

Well this thread has devolved somewhat into mindless dribble and nonsense.I will attempt to bring it back.JCT leaves no stone unturned when hiring new drivers if something comes up you will know. In reference to you other guys who could not get on I am sorry ro hear it JCT is a good company by me.

    I can prove it!!!

The second load I pulled for them got WAYYYYYYYYYY screwed up.The load ended up delivering 3 days late. This was partly my fault and a serious communication breakdown. Was I fired?Nope. Was I yelled at?Nope.Has every load since that learning experience been on time?NO better yet early. For Sure.

Communication is key here at JCT.You must be able to function on your own and willing to talk to your dispatcher.I do have to talk to him more than I would like but at the same time they need to know whats what. They do NOT micro manage you.Do not look for them to tell you what or how.All they care about is on time.Despite some of the rumors YOU CAN run legal and still make money.I DO!!!!!

This job was a new game for me.I must say it has taken some getting used to.I am not used to running almost 4000 miles a week. Now I admit that after my delivery in Sumner on Saturday morning they did not have a load for me.First time in a month.I am enjoying the mild weather and nice climate in Washington state. So I sat all day yesterday in North Bend no load.Woke up this morning no load.Oh so I guess I got me a fresh 70 now.Did I mention I drove to Ellensburg , WA for a guided fly fishing day on the river.SO relaxing!!!! what a day!!!!!Well this will all end tomorrow.I will no doubt get a load and be off and running again. My cousin has been with me and he has to get home to NJ.We will get there soon I suppose there is no hurry.I am having a great time over here making money and doing a job I truly love at a company I truly like.

For those of you trolling and or hating please stop!!!!You waste space for those individuals who have something intelligent to say.

I agree with you thedizz... i cant wait to start with them.. which my orientation is set for aug 31st... which I have decided will be good so i can give proper 30 notice to cancel my current lease purchase... as for running those miles... the way i see it... if i am awake and alert.. I want to be running.. I once read another driver say that "my left door is welded shut" I would have to agree with that completely
