    Doesn't say wether the relative is confirmed to be a real relative or just someone willing to say that they'll take them in so they can get a flight out of that hole. Pretty sure they don't want to know. And doesn't mean they'll be taken in, they don't follow up on any of them.

    And if after say a month, they can't tolerate them anymore then what? You can't force the families to keep them forever.. Yes I have read the article..
