Once you set/tune the antenna for a CB radio, will you have to retune the SWR if you change to another radio ?
Thank you

Set it once, and done....Only time you would need to possibly retune the SWR on a antenna is if you move the antenna to a different vehicle or different mounting location...changing radios makes no difference.
rabbiporkchop, Windmill Hill, mike5511 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I'd still check VSWR anyway, just for the H of it
skellr Thanks this. -
You tune the antenna to the vehicle not the cb...no additional tuning should be required after that unless the antenna is moved within that vehicle or you change any components past the radio i.e. coax, whip, etc..
mike5511, rabbiporkchop and HD_Renegade Thank this. -
Timin770 and HD_Renegade Thank this.
