    A piece of a broken valve most likely exhaust valve. I would check a turbo as well, cause sometimes if the smaller pieces go thru the turbo they damage the vanes and VGT actuator got stuck.

    Were you able to fix the problem??
    I'm still struggling with my problem , after I replace the cups and one injector 2k miles I got misfire cylinder 5 , I go for another shop and they recommed to replace the whole injectors and cups , after that about 500miles I got the same code misfire cylinder 5 ,
    The turbo charger works fine , the problem is the engine shaking and tapping , lifter noise. losing
    power

    Did you do compression test on a computer??? You might have a problem with exhaust valve or valve seat in cylinder 5.

    Yes. This what the mechanic said on the phone today , I need to go for has shop to do test , do you have any idea about how much lebor Time to remove the head and replacing the valve ?

    Yes I know it's not cheap , the shop just send me quote from 9k New cylinder head and gasket
