I usually start my day with XM 202 O&A, if I'm in the mood I'll listen to Ron & Fez afterwards, if not I float the channels. Decades, country, CNBC, Siriusly Sinatra, Classics, Cosmo (why I don't know), MLB PBP. Since I refuse to fund Stern I won't get the best of Sirius, though I do miss my NASCAR.

Pandora is great .you can customize your personal channels. I hook up my phone through my cd player and bam. you can play your phone through the truck speakers.

Early morning -- Fox & Friends or Bill Bennett
    Morning -- Glenn Beck
    11-2 -- John Gibson
2-5 -- Tom Sullivan or Hannity
5-8 -- Roger Hedgecock (at 5:40pm Special Report Panel)
8-11--Rusty Humphries, Rollye, Coast to Coast
    Weekends--Audiobooks, podcasts, Leo Laporte

All the while I'm flipping during commercials at top and bottom of the hour news breaks. I flip to C-Span and NPR during breaks as they are most likely to not have commercials. Channels are all pre-programmed so this easy. I hate XM commercials so I avoid them like crazy.

Whenever I get sick of the above I go to Audiobooks and podcasts.

It turns out that I do listen to my iPod a LOT. Both Music and Podcasts- particularly the Greaseman (a DJ) I also raid the local public library for all the books on tape I can stand. (However, I'm finding that my retention on a 'book on tape' is NOwhere near as good as when I actually read the book...) I've always got the CB on. I usually have the squelch up pretty high; keeps the chatter down.

Howard 101 in the morning, and Jason Ellis on Faction 28 after lunch, he's a bit hit or miss sometimes. Alt Nation, Lithium, and then all the oldies channels. But mostly Faction cant go wrong with punk and old school rap, the stuff that was about something other than bling and ######

I havent started driving yet...but im a big fan of alt country.
My favorite being the Old Crow Medicine Show. Then the Hackensaw Boys, Justin Townes Earle, The Avett Brothers. And real country like Steve Earle, Dwight Yoakam, and Cash and the Hanks...1,2 and 3 to name a few. None of this new age pop crap they try and pass off for country. I also listen to some rock/ classic rock and bluegrass too. I stream wdvx.com all day while im at work, its prolly my favorite radio station.

    I listen to a lot of CD's and MP3's.

I do listen to audio books every now and then, when I can find unabridged versions.

    Also listen to XM radio.

    Mostly country, rock, and comedy.
