I love laser sights. Sure the case can be made that it telegraphs your position but lets get real. If i pull out my sidearm it's not because I'm facing some well trained KGB super spy or mob assassin. Im facing some wanna be thug with no training. Put that red dot on his chest and it's an instant come to jesus moment.

But hopefully there is not more than one threat and they are not going to spray you with AR 15 fire...

 

Bbut, my pistols are 6 shooters, them sights would look funny on them. lol
I have had a couple of autos, and could actually hit pretty good with a browning high power I had, but it is long gone.
I can hit plenty good for self defense, just not what I call accurate with one, mine are mostly for hunting, but I never actually use one unless I get awful close. lol

 

Ghetto hoodrats don't carry ar's. They carry 9s and hold them sideways to impress their hoodrat friends.

Where I come from things can get real real quick and it’s not a bunch of amateur hoodrats with 9mms.
And if you and your family want to survive you better be prepared for more than hoodrats.
Unfortunately Where I come from you can be out for a leisurely day of shopping at the mall and end up in a serious situation for your family and yourself and you need to be prepared if you and your family are to get thru it alive.
If you want to be jaded to the wantabe “hoodrats” and minimize the threat that is up to you...
I choose not to.

 

If I lived in an area where facing well armed and trained guys with automatic weapons was a real threat, I would move.
