As the title says any advice for guys that need to go a lot. I would say i typically have to go every 1 to 2 hours depending on how much water im drinking. Already going to the Docs to figure out if its a medical issue. They haven't figured anything out yet. any help is very much appreciated on this topic.

Two hours is not that long to wait. I know many drivers that are taking water pills for blood pressure. You will adapt.

I am lucky, I can drive 12 hours with 2 pee breaks at the most, but when I am sleeping it is 2 hours at the most it seems like.

Going every 1 to 2 hours isn’t normal...how the heck do you get any miles logged?

    Diabetes?

Lay off the liquids a few hours before you go to sleep. If you’re a big coffee drinker, cut back, it acts like a water pill.

I've always had a small bladder and have had to stop every hour or so. If I remember to eat breakfast my first stop is usually 2-3hrs in. The wife requires more frequent stops than I do(usually RIGHT AFTER we pass 3 fuel stops/rest areas).

I used to get up 3 or 4 times a night to pee. Started taking Saw Palmetto and now sleep through the night without getting up and can drive for hours without having to stop. I started with the 2400 mg. and now on 450 mg. and healthy as can be. Only reason I switched to the 450 mg. is because that's all I can find in stores. 2400 mg. is on Amazon and probably other sites, but haven't ordered any online.
When I started using Saw Palmetto, took one capsule 3 times a day; morning/noon/night. After I was normal again, now just one capsule, twice a day, morning and night.

There are so many things that cause frequent urination that I won't take the time to list them all. Things like dark chocolate can. Some people can't tolerate things like citrus fruits. My VA doc told me several years ago to limit my consumption of onions for this reason. Soft drinks are just as bad as coffee. However, you brought up Diabetes. A little biology lesson here. Insulin is required to get glucose into the cells. If the body has too little insulin this glucose remains in the blood. In fact, A1C is a measure of sugar molecules on a red blood cell. They count these numbers since a red blood cell only lives about 4 months this test is very accurate. If this glucose stays in the blood it passes out through the kidneys. I am a diabetic. Before I started wearing my CGM I could tell that my blood sugar was getting up because I had to go a lot more often. If you are going a lot I recommend you see a doctor ASAP. If you can't account for it, something is wrong.
