    That looks real good!!

    This might sound weird, but I like when you can see just that tiny bit of whitish haze on there. Makes me feel it's nice & dry. Something I can chew on for a min or 2 & enjoy the flavor..

    Oh I know. Another one is loves branded jerky. Dry as dirt. I dont like jerky to be moist
