Is there anyone getting decent mileage?

Do you own your own company or are you a fleet owner?

 

My partner and I have 8 trucks and 10 trailers...We both drive. I drive full time, He drives most of the time. We have our own authority and run a combination of our own prime customer freight and brokered freight.

We are considering adding a couple more trucks right now.

 

I am tring to start my own company , we had some one that wanted to lease us some truckes but we later found out that they were almost 20 years old? where is your company located?

 

I usually average 2000-2500, which doesn't sound like much, but it's all I want. I'm just an overgorwn kid and I like time to go out and play.

Right now my AVERAGE is about 2100-2500. I have some weeks that I run so hard I only know where I am because of the logbook, anbd I have also had a couple of 800 mile weeks.

Due to this I am actually content averaging 2100-2500. It may not be the miles some of you make, but it pays all my bills and leaves me moderately comfortable.
