Out of the frying pan into the fire. 600 miles, 2 drops at different heartland terminals and now calling it a night at Plano Menards.

Yuck. Bet that deer feels worse about it than you do, though.

Dispatch is the best. They set it up so I could spend New Year's Eve at the beach. Pontoon Beach, that is!

Been at my truck for an hour. No freight out of southeast Wisconsin. They really need to add the ability to hit ready for dispatch over the phone. Then I could just be at home waiting.

 

Thats when you just msg dispatch and say "hey I'm ready whenever you have something" and you have basically hit ready for dispatch from your home. Its what I do every time.

 

I'll have to remember that next time. Hoping someone can come back over here and pick me up. Rather do stuff at home than just sit in the truck.

 

#### I've been in hotel in Eau Claire since Tuesday night. Just got to BRF to get B serv done and all my #### fixed from hitting Rudolph Monday. Definitely should've just stayed home

 

That sucks. I figured no real reason to roll out before New Year, but thought today would be a good day to get back at it. Guess not. I was parked at the West Allis drop lot, so I just hopped on a bus back home. Now I'm dreading every time my phone makes a noise, because I just got home and I figure that means Opie will have something for me in about a few minutes now.

 

Just call them and tell them you’re at the house and if anything comes about, just call you...don’t sweat it...it’ll be slow until next week essentially for the most part because many folks are off still till Monday anyway...
