What’s going on brother. I was actually getting ready to come on here and ask you guys the same question. Lol glad the holidays is over. Now back to regular five day schedules. Almost close to closing on my house. Can’t wait for that. Also saw my earnings for last year from Apr when I joined to December and I’m pretty impressed. I really started linehaul work on a consistent basis when in June when I joined teams. Before that I could get runs and always had to work the dock. So from June to December is the 90% of my and I’m pressed. I made more in the 6 months as a team driver than I did as OTR with my previous company Fastenal with 12 months. So I can only imagine add another 6 months of teaming to that would look like. Other than that been dealing with some narley winds on I-10. But slow and steady always win the race. I see truckers and four wheelers flying past me and then about ten miles down the road I see them in accident or in the ditch. It’s not worth it. Hope you guys be safe out there with this storm coming in.Matt1924, dwells40, Texas_hwy_287 and 1 other person Thank this.

When I clocked out Friday night, I had 54.5 hours..... and I took Monday off due to a doctor's appointment. Saturday morning, they asked me to come in and play yard jockey for a while. Ended up with an additional 8.75 hours.
We had heavy rains and wind for most of my shift yesterday, so by the time I was headed home, I was soaked to the bone, even with full rain gear. I can't even begin to tell you how much nicer it is to be home every night.
We use our day cabs for spotter trucks, because sometimes the spotters have to help us city drivers out when they are not busy. The yard is small and tight, and the wind and rain certainly made it an experience.
If you AAA Cooper guys ever get to your HQ in Dothan, holler at me. While I don't work for Cooper, our yard and customers are not too far away.Matt1924, Lonesome, Kstrong86 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I was just there a few days ago lol but at night. We had to VIA through there to drop a Jacksonville trailer off and pick up a OCALA trailer. Glad I wasn’t the only one. I got soaked as well even with rain gear. I felt like I was back in the army. It was some heavy rain. Socks wet pants wet shirt wet it’s was horrible. Lol.88 Alpha, Matt1924 and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this.

My shift is 1300 to not-later-than 0300 and lately, I'm leaving Dothan around 0130 to make sure I get back to my starting location before my 14 expires. I may have seen y'all making your turn off of the circle heading to your yard. I've seen several of your sleeper trucks making that final turn very late at night recently.
Yes sir, my skivvies and socks were also. When I got home, all of it ended up on the floor of the bathroom with a heavy THUD!!!Lonesome and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this.
