Funny, there's a Celadon box sitting here at the Pilot in Lake Charles, La.

A guy by the name of Stuart Brown is the attorney handling the bankruptcy, I have no idea where he is located at but pretty sure with a little research somebody could find where.
The courts have dictated that all assets be sold to pay creditors by the end of January. Most likely they have a set amount for the trailers and if you pay cash you can have one but again track some Stuart Brown.

    Such a deal!

    You'd think he'd advertise?

I wonder if he's flat rating them or is there negotiation on condition?

Whoever is the bankruptcy administrator or trustee... it will probably go to auction.
I know people were joking about "using" or "borrowing" them, but it all belongs to the federal government (even retroactively in some cases) and they are very serious about disposing of the property and settling the creditors claims.

It does not belong to the federal government! It still belongs to Caledon and it is the responsibility of the trustee to sell every asset it can to pay the creditors. Not sure at this point if the courts have appointed a trustee....but again I would start with Stuart Brown.

    Cool.
I didn't realize it is chapter 11 reorganization...

Well, when he said federal government, I thought he might have meant bankruptcy court. So I let it slide.

I’m not a lawyer but I have no idea how chapter 11 versus any other chapter would differ in who owns the assets.....either case it’s not the federal government.

It's still owned by the company, in this case Celedon. The company isn't dissolved until the court says so. This happens after all assets are sold by the management company so the court knows what creditors get paid and in what order.

When the title transfer comes in the listed seller will still be Celedon. The asset company is just a hired gun to connect the buyer and seller, while having the authority to set the price.
