    Except that as it's in arbitration the court might be acting as a neutral party, so you could say the assets are temporarily in the custody of the court.

    I think I saw that one...somewhere between Dallas and Shreveport?

    Also I was coming out of the QT in Irving on Loop 12 just S of I30 last week (the 31st) and a Celedon truck and trailer pulled in. I had to do a double take, but yea someone was driving one.
