It’s still under warranty 5 year 750K so it would be covered. I have money set aside for unforeseen breakdowns and downtime, but if it’s an extended breakdown I could get in a loner truck.

Outta the house got sent back to Four Oaks to swap out trailers then deadheaded to Garysburg NC to pick up large rolls of paper headed to Liberty MO for Monday morning live unload.

A couple year end numbers, total miles run in 2019 134,799 gross revenue $ 206,033.49. Both these numbers are down from 2018, but once I get my final numbers together I should actually be more profitable per mile this year.
I will post a more in-depth breakdown in a month or so.
Something I’m going to do each week this year is give a weekly breakdown,
Loads 3
Actual miles 3724
Paid miles 3586
Avg length of haul 1195.33 milesMidWest_MacDaddy, Deacon Blues, ncmickey and 9 others Thank this. -
Got the truck serviced and four new batteries installed, the seal that was leaking is just weeping a bit, so far now I will keep running with it.
Live loaded a load in Columbus, Nebraska going out to Fife, Washington for Wednesday afternoon or Thursday A.M. delivery. -
Do you guys put straps on these overhead door loads? The first time I hauled them I figured the straps wouldn't do anything, but I'm pretty sure I felt them sliding around at one point. I'm picking up another one today.
runningman0661 Thanks this. -
After dropping paper rolls in Liberty MO, got a short hop to pick up cardboard in Lawrence KS going to Fremont NE which got me back to the yard for a honey load that drops in Denver PA and finals in Massachusetts on Friday.

Ive only del 1 of those loads. I didnt strap it. If it looks like it can slide around then i would use a strap.Deacon Blues Thanks this.

FCC is confusing me a little bit. A recruiter responded to an email inquiry about their SE division saying there is no SE division. Now I'm looking at an FCC ad on Atlanta's Craigslist which states that a SE divisional run is available for drivers in my area (Atlanta). Any insight on what's behind this apparent contradiction? Thanks.

Get hold of the recruiter and call him/her out on it. If that doesn't give you remedy, ask for the supervisor.runningman0661 and Metacoyote Thank this.

I'm pretty sure the NE division is done and they just haven't cleaned up the crumbs yet with their adds and whatnot.
When I started they said trips to Texas and the NE would be few and far between if I ran the long haul division.
I've only seen TX once as a back-haul out of California, my last three trips including the one I'm on now have been to the NE making me think that an exclusive NE division is done.Metacoyote Thanks this.
