I was expecting to get little bit more horse power and runs little stronger but no torque no enough power and killing on fuel

Your talking like 2mpg. There is a problem.

Yes 100 gallons each tank and I get fuel up every 2 days to do 3 runs at day as far as 45 minutes load and back empty

Fuel pressure has to be tested under load. 40 is surely 100 lbs under spec.

At 2.1 mpg you should have a puddle that follows you, or heavy black smoke. Now you need to keep the RPMs up higher than you have. If they turned that pump up, dont let it come under 1650. Get a working pyro. Now I'm not being smart, but are you sure your odometer is correct? Maybe try a GPS on phone and verify that your calculations are correct? Then address the lack of power for your current situation?

I used gps and it’s old truck some gauges don’t work has lot power and low gears it’s 18 speed with 46 rears 411 ratio but at high gears lost power with the old turbo I being getting 20 psi for turbo pressure and now getting 25 to 28 when this gauge starts to move is shaking doesn’t go up straight
