If them are OEM I'll be impressed, but if they are a aftermarket knock off not so much.

It's driven regularly. I bought it for mama when she had the Cadillac because it was just rear wheel drive. She only drives it now when the snow is deep since her Audi is all wheel drive but sits on the ground.

We drive it to the lake and I drive it because both pickups need work.

My 05 chevy is mostly a backup, I keep it on a tender because the electronics will kill it in a week or two. Nothing makes your mad like the backup beater not starting when you need it.

That cadillac was the same way....one of the worst engineered cars I've ever owned as far as electronics. She put 200k on that car and all the time I had it hot wired with a start button under the dash. I didn't need the security system.....if ya didn't know how to start it you wasn't going anywhere.

I just opened some mail about a lawsuit on our audi....the first page said from 80-100k they was paying 5%.

It rolled over 200k this summer....I was done reading.

Yep, lol I'm done with new cars. Momma can have one but I sold my 14 silverado, I hated that truck. I'm going older. That 05 has been a great truck, I have put all but 3 miles on it. I hate to omit it. But my 97 F350 has been one of the best things I have ever bought for the money. Next would be to put that body on a 80's 3500 gmc. I'm not spending the money they want for a pickup ever again.

They was running a special on a Tahoe/ suburban when I went in to get my battery... 65k and some change. Do people actually spend that kind of money on a vehicle????

I gave 10k for my pete and drove it a million miles....and wrote it all off...blows my mind.

I'll keep driving my old junk.

Yep. And a family that could really use a suburban cant afford one. Talked to a kid with a new f350 diesel that his payment was like 1240 bucks a month. I told him I have two house payments that dont equal that!. And one is a duplex rented out. 75k dollar pickup? Wtf my 13k freightliner makes money.

Now I have spent a good amount on it. But it makes money. I dont just drive it around town for show.
