who hiring newbies in expediting

expediters are primarilly owner operaters leased to their respective companies.

as i heard more of a specialty trade.

 

You might find an O/O looking to team people on one of their trucks. They like to run teams mostly. Some of the Expediter forums / websites have listings of O/Os looking for drivers, so do some of the companies - like fedex custom critical.

 

How do you find these o/o?Is there a web site where I can look up jobs?

 

I'd like to know also who is hiring students

 

[FONT=&quot]I'd go to the Custom Critical, Ground and Express sites and look at the jobs page there. There's a link there to the O/Os and L/Os looking to hire teams, because Fedex isn't taking on drivers or O/Os right now. It's gonna be about 3 months befor ethey start looking at O/O applications. That would be your best bet. There are also Expedited forums that provide TLs of info on what's going on in that part of the industry.
