It just occurred to me to take WA-14, which is on the other side of the river next to I-84 (OR). Is it a good route!? This should decrease road taxes if going from Boise to WA close to Portland, for example, Vancouver, WA. Then, maybe it’s not much of a difference. Maybe I’ll run the numbers later.

How ever if you wanna cross on HWY 97 at Biggs junction and run 14 east to the tri cities thats fine but 97 to I5 is not advised. -

I thought OR was NorPass?
Anyway, when we loaded out of UT for WA and were too heavy to cross Oregon because they figure the inner bridge differently, we’d take 95 up to Lewiston ID and then head west to the Tri Cities. -
