i would get a copy of your DAC and then make copies of it and when you apply at the other companies, give them a copy of it. this way what the former employer says can be disputed with the copy of your DAC. also a copy of your MVR will help also.

Get a attorney's letter head. Hire an attorney to send them a threatening letter to stop the lies or he will advise you of your rights to legal recourse.

Usually that will stop the BS. I had a friend that happened to. Cost less than $200. It cost him a job he really wanted.

My last trucking employer gives false information to companies I am applying to. I seen an attorney, he wrote them a letter, but told me that they say pretty much what they want and to sue them for slander would be very difficult.

I went to USIS site and did an online chat to get a copy of my DAC report. They answered to do an email. They emailed me back acknowledging request and they'd get back to me shortly. That was this morning. They close at 5pm on Fridays. In all my years driving I've never paid any attention to points/tickets, DAC because it has never been an issue before. Now it is the biggest issue in my life.

Sounds like you was on the Conway board LOL

Pay a lawyer to type you up a rather nasty letter. It cost me $75 and worked like a charm.

Call Empire Express, they have one recruiter, they only have 178 trucks and treat everyone like family. They will get to the bottom of this and if what you say is true you could have a new job. They want professional on time drivers, no cry babies, no bad habits, they treat you the way you treat them. They are out of Memphis Tn.
