ALLTEL now really sucks!

    Well, if they keep doing it, they are going to be minus our phones. We will go to US Cellular, because our son has them, and he gets service everywhere. :biggrin_25525:

    So frustrating when I call, they don't seem to get that he's a truck driver and NOT at easy access to a regular phone, or an Alltel Store. :biggrin_2552:

    I haven't had any trouble with the switchover, the closest I had to a problem was my wireless internet card had to have a couple of numbers changed. I called and customer support told me what to change and since then everything is good to go.

    Nope, the 2 year contract keeps them from capping it. Despite the buyout they have to honor the existing contracts. Luckily about the time my 2 years expires I will also be getting out of trucking lol.
