    Them losing 5 million is like you losing 49 cents. No biggie. Besides, when a company says they lost 5 mil, it just means they didn't make 5 mil that they were capable of making. :biggrin_25510:

    Exactly, they don't figure loss and profit the same we do. It's like the oil companies claiming they lost the $ because they didn't make what the analysts said they should, they're still making a profit.

    As far as the road test, yes they do the same test for everyone. 4 drivers in the truck with the guy riding shotgun, each person drives about 1 mile max. I just left Laredo today and am picking up in Brownsville heading to Salt Lake City. lil iover 1800 miles counting DH and lil over 3 days to drive it in.

    Ok 2nd day of ornt is done. We had 4 people leave us today. 2 on the road test and 2 for medical. WOW these people should have seen it comin. We got all of drug videos and other videos done today. Tomorrow we should get our trucks. I hope there is one here should be there are some on the lot. Ready to get back out there and make some money.

    Can you elaborate a bit? What medical reasons? Also, were the other two just gawd-awful drivers, or just messed up on a couple of minor things? Just trying to gauge how "picky" they currently are, as I will be applying to them next month.

    People leave orientation for various reasons. A failed physical/drug screen are the most common. Failed road test is another. Incomplete paper work/work history another. And then some flat wimp out being away from home for a couple days and sneek out at lunch time. :biggrin_25510:

    Dang man, I was in Laredo Monday morning.... I ended up in Mechanicsburg, Pa. by Wedsnesday night with a drop. Doing a 34 hour restart right now here in Carlisle. Just shy of 4000 miles in one week. (I'm not saying I'm here or not :biggrin_25525:)

    the medical was blood pressure and the others back was just really screwed up. He couldn't even touch the key to start it. And they were really bad drivers not minor if its minor they decide how long you should go out with a trainer. Ok got my truck yesterday it is an 09 freightliner century and has opti idle so it is all right. Today they sent me to north Oklahoma to swap trailers with a driver so I could come home and get my stuff. Well now I'm here in tulsa gettin all my stuff onthe truck and what I don't have goin to go buy tomorrow and then I will take off on sat and then I will give you the miles I'm gettin. I hope to be runnin like Biscuit because he sounds like I run. Sinnce this is my first time doin reefers I kinow I have a learning curve but I know I can do it.
