Pretrip is simple as long as u remember it from front to back and dont skip around. Be methodical about it. You got 9 days to practice it at least twice a day. They give u acronyms to help in training also. I got lucky when I done mine. I only missed one thing. Stupid mudflap to landing gear clearance. Lol

No. Unfortunately the juice wasnt worth the squeeze for me so to speak. Nothing against the company but I found myself working way too hard for what I was making miles wise(between 2200 and 2800miles per week).

I don't get it, they don't require a contract or repayment for CDL training, so how do they avoid people just going there to get their CDL and bolting? I'm assuming they hire you as an employee right off the bat and put something negative on you DAC if you leave after training?

It’s simple, they really do treat you like family. I’ve been here almost a year now. I had a health issue that required hospitalization and a surgery. 1st day in the hospital the owner himself called me to check on me and told me if I needed anything don’t hesitate to call. That told me all I needed to know.
As far as the CDL training, they don’t require repayment but they do ask that you stay at least 6 months or return any sign on bonus that you get and the cost of the DOT physical. No catch, no strings. That’s it plain and simple. @SuperRookie left and went with another company. We still chat and I haven’t heard him mention any issues with his DAC so, no they aren’t that kind of company.

We do not have any terminals in Minnesota. The training would be held in Tennessee. I believe the closest would be Grand Rapids, MI

Unless it has changed. I believe it’s .40 cpm after the OTR portion of the training and you get into your on truck. There is also no tarping on the flatbed side so thats a plus.
