i think what i can see from that picture, that you must be attaching the glad hands far down the metal, and using the rubber as well, so it's like you're breaking the hose yourself. keep your hands on the metal glad hands, and off the hoses when you hook and unhook from the trailers.

 

buy some glad hand extenders.

Must be something wrong with the rubber. I had like 360,000 mile on my other company truck with rubber lines and never a problem. The rubber air lines are better then the plastic one's

 

Here's what we have. These are aluminum with handle.

 

What is the length of your air lines and how are they supported on the back of truck

 

What you've been told to do several times. Point that pos truck to the terminal, clean it out (take lots of pics of truck) and find a real job. If you quit even Friday, you can be starting a new job Monday.
Your CDL is worth too much to let a crappy company ruin it.

 

That's what I've been saying. @Mototom it seems like you're constantly on eggshells with this company. It shouldn't be that way, bud.

 

I would hate to know that I let a simple rubber hose talk me into quitting a job I liked, now if I didn't like the job, well then any excuse would do.
