    The majority of the story is missing here. I am condensing an entire situation. Are you talking about the part where I did something wrong? Because that part doesn't exist. I am fighting for $400 & the principle. They want me to just give up & pay it & I don't owe it & they are holding more than the $400. I saw that others had issues with CHR & I was curious if any one else had dealt with something like this because myself & my group had not.

    They're are taking a big risk doing that. These are two separate shipments. They agreed to pay you for this shipment. They would have to file a claim against you for the fault. It's up to you but this is a fairly easy case for an attorney. If you're doing good business with them try to work it out. If not remember you live in a great country with great opportunities. They are not the only store in town. I had an issue with them a few years back with wrestled for a month or so over it. I never paid them nothing. They didn't withhold money & we continued to do business. All the best to you.
