    Called "sagging pants". Supposedly convicts did it to advertise their backsides to other convicts. Punk kids in the 1990's thought it was a cool fashion statement. They didnt realize the concept from prison.

    Wait a minute.. I thought the reason they walked thru prison with falling pants like those is because they were not allowed to wear belts in the prison.... or something like that...
