Hey all you FCC guys, was looking into some trucking jobs online and stumbled across the company.
Been reading through some of the posts and FCC looks promising.
I am wondering a few things though since I cant find much info but bonuses and the same jargon you find on every other company site.
Id like to know pay rate, does FCC take teams (if they do what are the miles, pay, home time, freight lanes, etc), what are the normal or most traveled freight lanes, if its forced dispatch will they work with you when it comes to certain areas (the north east truly scares me), are miles consistent, good communication between dispatch; higher ups; maintenance guys and drivers, kinds of trucks they have (including manual or auto options), and any other info would be appreciated.
Like i said their websites a little bare on info, so anything that i can get here is a bonus.
    Thanks in advance!

Pay depends on experience and job history, bonus is .04 for all miles run per quarter (bonus is very obtainable). We have a few teams, but not team freight per se. Miles, I easily run 3000+ per week, 136K last year. Freight lanes depend on which division, we have MW regional, SW regional, and longhaul. Best maintained equipment for any company I have driven for. We have 400+ trucks, company, o/o, and l/p, but the company still has a small company feel. They have freightliner, KWs, and Peterbuilts they all have fridges, inverters, and APUs. Automatic and manuals. Check Fremont contract carriers on YouTube, lots of informative videos.

My load actually had 3 stops, Pa., NJ, and Mass. I got my 3rd stop off this morning before my actual appointment time. I bounced over to New Britain, Ct., and am currently getting live loaded going to Omaha. It’s scheduled for Monday, but I guess I will have to see what Pennsylvania does concerning the roads. I know the last few winter storms they just restrict trucks on all interstates. If the don’t go that route, I will try and fight my way across Pennsylvania tomorrow.

Made it to Bloomsbury, Pa last night, got up at 0230 with a goal to get across Pa. before I ran into the storm. I made to the 60mm before I hit snow. It snowed and sleeted until I got to Cleveland, after that it turned to rain. Made it all the way to Morris, Illinois (680 miles) pretty remarkable considering the weather. I only saw three jackknifes in Ohio, my buddy lives in Pa. just called to see if I made out of there, because he said 80 has wrecks all over the place.

I will deliver this Monday in Omaha, go to Fremont and pick up a trailer off the yard going to Broken bow, Nebraska for a drop, then hook to a loaded trailer at the same customer going to Sumter, Sc for my scheduled home time.

Mine doesn’t, because it’s a 2016. I think the guys that are leasing newer trucks do, but don’t hold me to that

Aren't the lease trucks just ex company trucks? If so, I'm pretty sure all the new company trucks have it.
