This is me looking at this like the thug I am. Why did he tell the police he was driving distracted? Don’t get me wrong, he should get the justice he deserves, and there is no way out of charges. It’s only a question to wonder about. Why people do things. Although I’m not sure what my stock excuse should be when I slaughter 20 people on the highway. Classic standard one is probably, bee in the cab, pandemonium ensued.

 

My guess he had his cruise control on while on his phone.

Driver is so DONE!!

I've dropped cups of coffee in OTR CABINS while Driving or because, somehow i reversed the lid so it leaked some hot stuff on me crotch while Combo bounced on some highway, but NEVER in "sudden deceleration" was I even drinking Coffee or Water as from Proper Driver TRAINING to "Scan Forward" looking for problems.

That EX "driver" need be not concerned about his future handling of coffee and other liquids as where he'll end up, it'll be of minor concern.

 

Now that particular company gets pulled into every weigh station and gets inspection. That’s what I heard at least

 

BS putting coffee down, just BS.
