    In my case it took the TSA 3 weeks after I gave fingerprints to start my background check. It took them 2 days to do the background check. And, it took about 6-10 days after that to receive my TSA letter in the mail.

    If anyone also does TWIC when they do HazMat your TWIC card will usually arrive first and a few days later you receive your PIN number for your TWIC card in the mail.

    The online status you posted is the exact wording I received before my "you are good to go" letter showed up.
