I feel your frustration. I was terminated for a so called violation of company policy. Then denied unemployment as the company misrepresented the facts. To quote the company officials statement to unemployment "he feels that he doesn't have to work on his off time". Yes I was fired for fussing about being required to perform a company mandated function on my off time. As for naming names. I call them the worst company out there Barr Nunn.

And they said that was acceptable for termination?

yes, i ended up laying the truck and trailer on their side. i tried like mad to keep it on the road. the truck always drifted to the right, but for some reason, that day, i noticed i was on the shoulder, and tried to get back to the travel lane and was in for the ride of my life. i was not ticketed, and i passed a level 3 inspection.
it seems that many companies have changed their policies to satisfy their needs.

BARR NUNN.....they messed you over...so why not name their name...I'm sure they mention your name in the daq reports and to other companies that call them to check on you...

BARR NUNN....want's drivers to work on their off time....

And then turn around and want to destroy a drivers ability to earn a living after words...
