    Driver help a rookie see the light.....I have 2 years otr experience managed to come up with a little over 11k in the piggy, I wanna take a leap and buy an 97 FLD for 7k it runs and drives but is in need of injector cups, it has a 3176 cat. Im kinda thinking the 3500-4k isn't gonna be enough of what if cash......so I'm also thinking of going walk away LP to get a little more $$$ under belt plzzzz advise a rookie.....:(:(:(:(
    PS I do already have potential contracts I can run in my area not stretching out too far if I did go ahead with getting my own

    Oh boy, think more in terms of how to save for other issues and pay the bills.

    Maybe $40k is the level you need to achieve.

    yea that’s kinda what I was figuring, that’s y I’m moving my feet so slow. In my situation would u go LP to stack more chips then?

    Buy it and keep fixing it as much as you can while still working as a company driver. You might put another 15k in it, but the truck will be ready when you finally become an o/o.

    I’d run not walk 3176 isn’t worth anything, I love cats but that motor was sub par and no power!
