    Sinabond,

You may want to call them and check again. I know that I struggled with having to remember daRotten Sweetie's T-mobile password each time something glitched on my computers. Eventually one day I got fed up and asked why I had to have her particular login when I paid the dang bill, and she kept requesting that I be authorized on several occasions. The customer service rep asked to speak to her, verified her info and got it all straightened out. Now either of us can administer the account whenever it is needed. Since then, I have made plan changes, updated phones, and have not had to wait for them to call her for authorization.

That was 4 years ago. They have gotten much better.
There are still a few places, like WY, that T-Mobile has no service in except for the big cities. But places like MT, SD, ND have mostly excellent coverage now.

The place I'm at tonight used to have really bad speed, even though it was a T-Mobile connection.
Now it is as fast as anywhere.
    Coburg, OR by the way.
