It's been awhile! But still going strong. I took an 8 day vacation first week of January. That was awesome. It kinda of turned into 10 days off because the weekend dispatch gave me a load that was impossible to get to the pickup on time, even though dispatch said they would work me in, the customer said otherwise. They wanted it to be reschedule. So i had to go back home! Ooh bummer! (sarcasm). By the time my next load came in another 34hrs had passed. Only thing that somewhat bothered me is there's much of a chance to hit bonus miles. No worries, this month was pretty much a dud as far as getting those 10,000 plus miles anyway because of time off and winter weather so just moving on.

I really been kinda in a rut lately with electrical issues on this new truck so my top priority after home time was to get back to Salt Lake and hopefully get it fixed once and for all. So my DM did just that! First load after home went straight to the yard. Then Shane (head of maintenance) sent me to Frieghtliner. Had a great mechanic there talk to me about the issue i was having and it helped him track down the problem. Turns out a bad wiring harness to the ABS sensor was the culprit. The harness had faulty installation and was rubbing against the frame and front bumper in 3 different places causing it to short out affecting the throttle, ABS, cruise, idle and few other weird electrical stuff. It was intermittently driving me nuts to say the least. However they got it fixed correctly this time and i couldn't be happier. Truck is running like should.

I’m sitting in TX for Costco, but I’m at the TA. #### down for weather, they never rescheduled the load, and nobody was there by the time I got there Saturday so I had to come back Monday.
Come Monday morning at 4am, they still had not rescheduled, and when they finally did they told me the 23rd.
5 days sitting around, for 12 pallets of #### they can’t work in for 5 days. Absurd -

Real quick! After Salt Lake picked up a frozen load out of Springville UT and drove to South Carolina, dropped and then picked up another frozen load, drove to Streetsboro Ohio and dropped again. Now doing a 34 reset, then picking up in the morning and heading back to Springville UT.
