How Tickets could affect your chances if obtaining a CDL

Hello All:
I had an issue on Wednesday Jan 22, I was pulled over and cited for "Delaying Traffic" In the state of New Jersey (NJ) it is considered a NO POINT Moving Violation, so that was a relief, however I am afraid that this will hurt my chances on getting hired by Trucking Companies. (4 years prior I got a No Point moving violation for Obstruction). In NJ it will take at least 5 years for these tickets to be removed from the record as they are not serious moving violations such as DWI, DUI, Reckless driving, speeding, failure to yield etc. I did call a couple of trucking companies such as Roehl Transport and PRIME Inc, and the latter mentioned that they will have to speak with their Safety dept. if I am authorized to train with them. Roehl didn't care because those weren't serious violations, and that I mentioned to them that I don't drink and don't speed so they where alright. My question is that once I graduate from Truck Driving School with a CDL Class A will Trucking Companies hire or will not hire me? Thinking that I am a liability? (I asked NJ MVC and there was dead silence on the other line).

First ticket Couldn't give the right-of-way to police officer on right lane he was upset, however he was about to go and leave me with a warning, however his superior officer came to the scene and the officer who pulled me over had no other choice and give me a $50 for Obstruction NO POINTS.
Second Ticket Going 32 in a 45 it was only one lane, however Pot-holes and Some Ice spots because of frozen puddles. Informed him, still got NO POINT Ticket for Delaying Traffic. Both tickets had no other choice but to pay because 1. expensive court fees 2. NO POINTS 3. Off the record in hopefully 5 years.
BTW the tickets issued on local roads and I wasn't in the Hammer Lane (Left Lane).

This ticket was completely out of the blue, if I were to get my CDL, would the 2 tickets from my regular license haunt me forever? As long as I keep my CDL clean by avoiding Obstruction/Delaying Traffic, I should be fine. I don't Tailgate, Speed, or drive recklessly. Oh hell I don't even drink so getting a DUI/DWI is impossible.

 

Lol thanks, the potholes and Ice spots are dangerous don't want to damage my vehicle or hit someone.
