    You are better off going thru truck school on your own. If you can't afford it, check your cities one stop career center. They could help with financial aid. You have better options once you have cdl in hand

    The op already has his CFL in hand. His problem is a combination of not having much experiance, his current company not running him, and a series of incendants (I call them parking lot screwups) stopping other com9anies from taking him on.

    If you can find a better outfit, do so. WE is... hit and miss at best. I've heard some folks do alright there, but my experience was one that made me run away as far and fast as possible, right down to the point that I at-willed myself (that is, I resigned without notice). Dirty truck with so many defects that there was no way it could pass inspection... trailer fleet somehow even worse, and the admin types couldn't care less, even going so far as to coerce folks into running with those defects... all in all, not a company worth driving for unless you absolutely HAVE to
