2013 Volvo with D13 engine in derate

    I have a 2013 volvo with the d13 engine that is throwing codes Spn 5246 fmi 0 and SPN 4094 fmi 18,. It has went into derate and is requesting a parked regen, which I've done to no avail. I did clean the seventh injector, and found a leak on the egr crossover pipe that was replaced. Started the truck after these repairs and it requested a parked regen and remains in derate. After the regen it still is requesting a parked regen and has a message of scr performance low and to service scr system engine in 5mph derate? Can anyone help me solve this problem or give me.some insight on this issue

    Well sometimes you have to reset def system with PTt. Or need to hook up laptop and actually find problem anything from nox sensors to blocked egr cooler to valve all the way to injector can be cause for these faults. Also def doser very hard to properly diagnose.
