    @reelheavy
    You will have same problem again in 2-3 years if you live in Maryland(close to ocean) . You need to upgrade your truck's air system. See this manual.

    I'll go along with that.

    ALL of my air tanks back in the day had valves to drain over night in Maryland. And #### did they dump gallons and gallons of sludge in their time.

    I did not consider the Maryland situation in moisture to be a issue because it's not something we figured on. As long we had a big ### spitting bendix dryer at the catwalk alls well.

    IF they must pull the trans have them check the clutch. With 600k it may need one soon... and your already paying most of the labor to do it now

    Yeah I have already priced the clutch and all that good stuff just in case. I'm just in a crunch for time. Bill's piling up and no money coming in is the recipe for going out of business very quickly lol.

    Ok. So we go the top plate off and took the air module off. We did not have to drop the transmission. My dad's transmission guy said he could rebuild the module and have it back to me tomorrow. Inspected everything we could see and did not see anything horrible.
    Question. My dads transmission guy said the slave valve was not my problem it was more than likely the air module. So with that in mind just trying to be proactive should I just replace the slave valve also? What do you all think? I trust my dad's transmission guy for 30 years all he has done is rebuild transmissions and rears. Just curious.
