All drivers now get a daily message from the vp of safety showing all the incidents that have happened each day with the drivers truck number and name for all to see. Accidents, thefts, load claims, violations, everything. Some of these are listed in the company news identifying the driver. Ive never seen employees get called out like this anywhere, not even in non trucking jobs. What yall think about this?

I think it’s C.S. Gross numbers, fine. Listing specific truck numbers and drivers names is poor management.

I think it's a good idea. When folks are getting violations for various traffic offenses, claims for loads not being tarped/secured properly, accidents caused by the driver hitting another truck while backing...

Why not put them on blast for all to see? They hurt the company, maybe that's a way to wake the driver up and get his head out of his butt.

then would it be equally fair for drivers to publically shame the company for putting drivers in comprimising situations or doing things that are near illegal?

Totally disagree all accidents, bad tarping etc, it between you and a company only, if they don't like something they have option to let you go.
Imagine that right before watching movie on Netflix or in theater, your company would put your face on big screen say who bad you are for X or Y. ( And don't you dare tell me that you a angel without sins).

I disagree with you. The bad apples that hurt the company and all the other good drivers that are at that same company need to be exposed... Put them out there for all to see.

I don't understand how they have so many accidents and fines with 63 mph trucks.
