This is funny!! JJ is delivering to a Fred Meyer DC in OR and they refused a case of cream cheese, he has to have the case for OSD if it was refused and the Lumpers now can't find the case ..........My bet they damaged it and distributed it amongst themselves already.:biggrin_25512:

I delivered a load of potatoes to a Walmart D/C in Alabama yesterday. While I was being unloaded I got my next load. A run from Birmingham, AL to Salem, OR.:biggrin_25526:
When they finished unloading, I was told 210 cases of potatoes were rejected due to quality issues. I reported the problem to OSD and was told to wait nearby while they determined what to do. Several hours later I was unassigned from the OR load.:biggrin_25518: 2300+ miles down the drain.

The rejected potatoes are now going to Houston.

Sorry... just needed to cry a little.

    That Sucks!

JJ's problem is sorted and he is waiting just down the road from the Fred meyer place he delivered to, his next load picks up at the same place he delivered to, which is cool!

    You heard from 6pak lately???????

    For those who care:

I start class on Monday at 7am. Got my plane ticket and head out Sunday afternoon. Hope everything goes well, I am nervous.

Good luck with the School and trainer!

Most of the training staff are OK and pretty easy to talk to!

    FRAYED ENDS Thanks this.

I got to drive in the parking lot and did not stall the truck. I think I have a case of good luck or I am too nervous to not let the truck stall.

    Well done Hunter!

    Did you up-shift or downshift?

Wait till ya get a truck with some decent torque. :) Nothing like being able to pull out in 4th without even hitting the fuel pedal. Course, ya gotta be careful with the clutch hehe.

    The Challenger Thanks this.
