The drug cartels are half the problem. Don't they pretty much control most of the country?

 

Oh contrare. The government officially counts them as white, even though they are mostly of central American Indian ancestry. Which would actually make them Native American.

He's not the only one, there are lots of other white guys that look like him in there too.

 

I don't even know what to say to this. I don't see any European traits in this pic, do you? And aren't whites typically considered as those of European descent? As opposed to those of Asian, Middle-Eastern, African, Latin American, or American Indian descent?
