2000 Freightliner with Cummins motor

    I have a Freightliner wrecker which is having issues going over 40 mph. I’ve replaced the Fuel filter. Speed sensor. The housing for the fuel filter. I fixed one of the ground wires. Replaced Air filter. The codes were ran again and is showing

    Is this a vp30 or vp44 injection pump but since you've already replaced the engine speed sensor I would check for a broken wire in the engine harness, ohm ecm side of harness to sensor side
